RESERVATION / ORDER A CAR:
Book a car is better in advance by calling the hotline: 8 (098) 550-50-50,8 (044) 221-0-227. Application for renting a car is taken not less than 3 days prior to the filing of the car. For corporate clients there are special conditions of the lease (loyalty program). The application is valid only after phone confirmation by manager.
The car is supplied only after 100% prepayment. Changes in the application or rejection of the applications should be sent to the central office by fax or by e-mail no later than 24 hours before the start of service.
PAYMENT OF CAR RENTAL:
Payment for car rental services in local currency in cash for the same car under the existing tariff in a company or credit card payment systems Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as non-cash. For vehicles without a driver's pledge is a guarantee of compliance with the lease car, the deposit is returned after the return of vehicles and fulfillment of obligations under the contract.

3. For items left in the vehicle, the Lessor is not responsible. Forgotten things are passed to the dispatcher.
4. The possibility to extend the time of the ordered car can be defined by the manager due to the availability of the rented car. In case of non-possibility of extending the time of the rented car, Lessor provides another car due to its possibility.
5. The cost of transfer (meeting) includes: serving a car in requested time, the expectation of the client at the airport or train station for an hour, the passenger delivery to one address in Kiev. In the case of waiting more than one hour in addition to the transfer is paid waiting time according to the chosen class of car. The cost of transfer includes: delivery from anywhere in Kiev to any airport, regardless of the duration of trip. In the case of waiting of the Lessee, the Lessee pays waiting time according to the chosen class of car. If you order a transfer from Kiev region -additional charge for mileage according to the chosen class of car.
6. In case of disrepair of ordered car, Lessor reserves the right to replace it with a car equal to the tariff or the class above.
7. In the case of car breakage during the order fulfillment and the inability to fix the problem within 30 minutes, Lessee may be granted to another car of similar class or higher, or Lessee has the right to refuse any further service - in this case lessee will be refunded the cost for unused time. If the driver solves the disrepair for 30 minutes or replaces a car during order fulfillment, the ordered time is not prolonged for the time wasted for replacement or fixing the problem.
8. All parking services, parking fees are paid by Lessee.
9. Decorating the car for the wedding ceremony is given by Lessee and is done by the driver. Do not use as decorations balloons, any decorations on the antennae, and other places which cover the review to the driver. It is forbidden to use wire, twine, tape or other objects that could damage the surface of the car.
10. Lessee is responsible for broken, cut, stained objects in salon. In this case lessee shall pay compensation equal the value of damaged items.
11. Do not drink alcohol or smoke in the car.
12. Do not carry large animals, as well as other animals without special bags (container).
13. It is forbidden to carry in the car bulky items that can cover the review to the driver (big bags, paintings, boxes, etc.)
